In addition to job placement and training, the DMW, along with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and the Department of Agriculture, have programs in place to support OFWs who wish to start their own businesses.
